Magellan’s Cross in Mactan, Cebu is a historic site. It houses the biggest attraction which is the cross that the famed explorer, Ferdinand Magellan planted at the discovery of the island in 1521. It also showcases the contributions of Magellan to the culture formation of the early Filipinos.
